Welcome to our Low & Slow Masterclass collaboration with Stony Creek Brewing.
Designed to teach the fundamentals of operating and managing different smokers and grills, here to show you that anyone can BBQ.
We will cover techniques such as grilling, smoking, reverse searing, brining and trimming with selection of proteins and sides. How to set up different style of smokers and grills for grilling, roasting and smoking with briquets, charcoal & gas.
classes are a maximum of 20 so you get a chance to take part and ask as many questions as you like, plenty of time in between to meet like minded people.
Even if you have experience with grilling and smoking there's always more to learn!
