Pitmasters Platter (from $55pp) our most popular menu! This meaty platter is perfect for small and large occasions with generous portions. Drop off package, delivered and assembled hot on-site. Minimum of 25 persons.
Pitmasters Pack (from $60pp) this is our signature one hungry person serve or shareable for two, just like our platter but served straight out of the food truck. Minimum of 30 persons.
Barbecue Buffet (from $70pp) Delicious selection of meats and sides in generous portions kept warm in chafing dishes allowing for longer service. Staffed on-site, canape package also available. Minimum of 25 persons.
Feasting (from $90pp) shared plates between tables, perfect for your sit-down dinner weddings, canape package also available. Minimum of 40 persons.
