Pitmasters Platter (from $45pp) a beautiful meaty platter perfect for small and large occasions, ideal for shorter service. Minimum of 25 persons.
Pitmasters Pack (from $45pp) this is our signature barbecue box served straight out of the food truck. Essentially the pitmasters platter in individual serves. Minimum of 35 persons.
Barbecue Buffet (from $65pp) Delicious selection of meats and sides in generous portions kept warm in chafing dishes allowing for longer service. Canape package also available. Minimum of 30 persons.
Feasting (from $75pp) Seated option with shared plates placed on each table with your delicious selection of meats and sides. Canape package also available. Perfect for those more formal occasions. Minimum of 40 persons.
Pit to Plate (from $125) Seated three course meal show casing low and slow with a fine dining touch, this includes table setting. Minimum 10 persons Maximum 40 persons.
