Welcome to our Low & Slow Masterclass collaboration with a Black Flag Brewing.
Designed to teach the various aspects of low and slow, here to show you that anyone can barbecue.
Covering techniques such as grilling, smoking, reverse searing, brining and trimming with selection of proteins and sides. How to set up different style of smokers and grills for grilling, roasting and smoking with briquets, charcoal & gas.
Classes are a maximum of 15 so you get a chance to take part and ask as many questions as you like, plenty of time in between to meet like minded people.
Even if you have experience with grilling and smoking there's always more to learn!
Brisket & More
The focus of this class is all aspects of brisket, making use of trim, classic sides, pickling, sauce and rub making.
Demonstrated with various cuts of meat and sides, served up on our signature Pitmasters Platter at the end of the class.
