Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
500g Pasta
1L Milk
385ml Evaporated Milk
250g Cream Cheese
250g Shredded Cheddar
2tsp Favourite Rub
1tsp Dijon Mustard
- Preheat smoker to ~275F
- Combine all ingredients in a foil tray and cover with foil.
- Cook until pasta is tender, ~1.5 - 2hrs.
- Once tender, stir the pasta mix until the sauce starts to come together and serve.
- Optional, place back in smoker for 15min without foil for smoke flavour.
