Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
    500g Pasta
    1L Milk
    385ml Evaporated Milk
    250g Cream Cheese
    250g Shredded Cheddar
    2tsp Favourite Rub
    1tsp Dijon Mustard

  1. Preheat smoker to ~275F
  2. Combine all ingredients in a foil tray and cover with foil.
  3. Cook until pasta is tender, ~1.5 - 2hrs.
  4. Once tender, stir the pasta mix until the sauce starts to come together and serve.
  5. Optional, place back in smoker for 15min without foil for smoke flavour.
