Fundamentals Class

Designed to teach the fundamentals of operating and managing smokers and grills. Here to show you that anyone can barbecue low & slow with the techniques demonstrated and applied to; 

  • Cheeseburgers
  • Chicken Wings

Time 9am - 11am

Advanced Class

Covering more advanced techniques such as brining, pickling, trimming, rubs and sauce. How to set up different types of smokers and grills for grilling, roasting and smoking with briquets, charcoal & gas. Demonstrated with various cuts of meat and served up on our signature Pitmasters Platter at the end of the class.
